GATX tests, replaces axles in Italy after train blast

AFP Journal Internet - ROME, July 3 (Reuters) - GATX Rail Europe, the owner of the railcar which exploded in Italy this week killing 22 people, said on Friday it was testing and replacing axles on all its wagons carrying liquified gas in the country as a precaution.
